Today marks an important day for Apple. Not all but most of their challenges against Samsung were upheld in court. The jury decided that the iPhone patents were infringed upon, however decided that Samsung had not copied the iPad. Not a whitewash but an important victory for a company that has prided itself on being one of the leading technology innovators over the last decade or so.

Expect to see shares rise and rise again, perhaps even to the predicted $770 share price and beyond.
